By downloading, accessing, or using KinkMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KinkMatch. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

To use KinkMatch, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Providing truthful information during registration • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access You may not create more than one personal account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent bans will be terminated.
KinkMatch is a respectful adult community. The following are strictly prohibited: • Registering if you are under 18 years of age • Creating fake, misleading, or impersonation profiles • Using bots or automated scripts to interact with users • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking • Sharing explicit, nude, or pornographic images or videos • Non-consensual sharing of intimate images • Soliciting money or goods for sexual acts • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability • Spamming users with unsolicited messages • Any activity that violates applicable law
KinkMatch is built on the principle that consent is mandatory in all interactions. • All communication must be consensual. If a user asks you to stop, you must do so immediately. • Do not pressure, coerce, or manipulate other users. • Respect stated boundaries and relationship preferences at all times. • A user expressing interest in alternative lifestyles does not imply consent to any specific activity. Violations of consent standards result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
User-generated content must comply with the following: Permitted: written stories and creative adult content, lifestyle and relationship advice, educational content about adult topics, profile descriptions. Prohibited: nude or sexually explicit images/videos, content depicting minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance — immediately reported to authorities), content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, content designed to defraud or harm users. KinkMatch reserves the right to remove any violating content without notice. Repeated violations result in account termination.
Your safety is our highest priority. Report any violating user or content using the in-app reporting feature or by emailing reachus@kink-match.com. When meeting someone from KinkMatch in person, prioritize your safety: • Meet in public places initially • Tell someone you trust where you are going • Arrange your own transportation • Trust your instincts For immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the US).
KinkMatch and its original content are owned by KinkMatch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By posting content on KinkMatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You retain ownership of content you create. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you post.
KINKMATCH IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Any matches will result in compatible relationships • User profiles are accurate or truthful • The app will be free of viruses or harmful components KinkMatch is a platform for connecting adults. We are not responsible for the behavior or actions of any user. You interact with other users at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINKMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: • Personal injury resulting from meetings arranged through the app • Unauthorized access to your account or personal data • Offensive or harmful content posted by other users • Interruption or cessation of service • Loss of data
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms, including: • Age misrepresentation • Creating fake profiles or using bots • Harassment or threatening behavior • Posting prohibited content • Any conduct harmful to the community You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against KinkMatch.
